Opportunity
Working with an experienced home winemaker, I identified a fundamental gap in home winemaking tools. Home winemakers track dozens of batches across months of fermentation, but their tools haven't evolved in decades. Labels fall off in humid cellars. Notebooks get lost. Spreadsheets don't follow wine between vessels. Everyone defaults to blue tape and sharpies, spending harvest playing detective with their own batches.
This was a system design problem, not a labeling problem.
