Winemakers improvise - stacking crates, mounting presses to tables, balancing on unstable surfaces - just to align the spout with a standard bucket. It's awkward, messy, and takes up a lot of floor space for a seasonal tool.
This needed an integrated solution that respected both the workflow and the garage reality of home winemaking.
